I offer both online lessons via Zoom/Skype and in-person lessons in Hong Kong. Online lessons are perfect for students anywhere in the world, while in-person lessons provide face-to-face interaction for local students.

I accept payments through PayPal, bank transfer, and major credit cards. For package deals, I offer flexible payment plans. Payment is typically due before or at the start of each lesson.

I require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, the lesson fee may still apply. However, I'm flexible with genuine emergencies and will work with you to reschedule.

Yes! I provide all necessary materials including worksheets, exercises, and resources tailored to your level and goals. I also recommend specific textbooks and apps that complement our lessons.

You'll need a stable internet connection, a computer/tablet with camera and microphone, and either Zoom or Skype installed. I'll send you the meeting link before each lesson and provide tech support if needed.

I keep detailed notes after each lesson and provide regular progress reports. We'll set specific goals together and regularly assess your improvement in speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
